LOUISE SMITH

Although I’ve only recently qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher, I have been practicing yoga for many years and I’m very passionate about helping others to experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga.

During class we’ll do a range of breathing practices (pranayama), yoga postures (asana) and relaxation (svasana) to build strength in mind and body.

I believe that one of the hardest poses is one of the first that we are taught (and the one I used to think was the easiest) Tadasana or Mountain pose where we stand tall with our feet planted firmly on the ground - in this pose we embody all our challenges and we face the world exactly as we are.

Hi, my name is Susan and I teach Hatha Yoga. All classes are suitable for beginners & intermediated.

My classes: Monday 6.30-7.30pm & 7.30-8.30pm Dunfermline High School, Wednesday 7-8pm Dunfermline High school. Friday 9.30-10.30pm Fire Station Creative.

GILLIAN MCCOLLUM

I specialise in one-to-one's and small groups, generally for students too intimated or uncomfortable to go to a yoga studio or large gym class. My students generally have individual needs or have body confidence issues. I support Health at Every Size (HAES) so particularly welcome any students in larger bodies wishing to access yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Firstly thank you for looking at my profile and welcome to the home of Chill Oot
Are you stressed, over worked, and feeling like your head might explode to external pressures? 
Do you feel the constant pressure to always be there for everyone else family friends and work? 
To look a certain way you see all of these people open instagram looking skinny and doing poses you think there is now way i can do that? 
Thinking I wish I was able to yoga but I am too stiff I don’t have the time and all sorts of monkey mind chatter? 
Well let me tell you that was me until I embarked on my yogic path. Its not about getting the asana (pose) perfect but working within your limits. 
These only help to strengthen the body to allow you achieve mediation and the mind clam that comes with practice. 
As a qualified Yoga Alliance Hatha Teacher I want to help you restore balance and well being back into your life. 

We will work one to one or as a group both by appointment. Currently these will be on the weekend due to my other work commitments.
