Jyoti Yoga, 1st weekend
Good morning colleagues. We have done it through the first weekend! How are you planing to keep up the yoga practice everyday? When do you find the time? I have a different schedule everyday and try to adapt my practice to my everyday tasks. I find it easier to meditate in the morning as at night my head has filled with lots of information and plans and it is more difficult for me to disconnect. Maybe asanas at this point is a good idea because I can get relaxed through my body, without feeling the anxiety of being sitting and focused on my breathing, it sometimes makes me feel anxious.
After the weekend I feel so much better, body and mind, and I can’t wait to feel the benefits this will have when I practice everyday.
Thanks to the teachers, Morag, Sue and Carmelina, they are not only teaching, they are helping us. I am very grateful for being here with you and I know 2018 is going to be an awesome year.
